Several of our stock home plans are available for your perusal below. You may use them only in a non-commercial way to build a home for yourself. I reserve all rights to these designs. This is a very liveable home that we built for ourselves.

This is a variation of the colonial home above.

ISO Container:

This is my take on using ISO shipping container for architecture. We would like to build this at some point if we can satisfy the local zoning authorities.

My favorite! I put a large amount of time into this design. It is totally original and I spec'ed it down to the furnishings. It is my take on a modernized craftsman-style, bungalow home (actually more of a dormer bungalow). Please let me know if you plan to build this as I would love to see the result.
